About
This course consists of 6 different types of prenatal movement classes and 2 different breath work classes. The yoga classes vary in energy levels, difficultly, and length. You can take any class, any day that you're feeling up for that type of practice. As always, please consult with a healthcare provider or your midwife to ensure that you are able to continue to practice yoga during your pregnancy. If you've never practiced yoga before, I suggest booking a zoom session with me first before diving into this course.
